After an extremely thorough beta-testing and design evaluation process, the first EMS-81 enclosures came off the production line this month. Design Team's Mike Wheeler says "This is the first of the range to be released, to be followed later in the year by the remainder of the enclosures. Despite wanting to get the range ready for release as soon as possible, we are striving to make the product the best that it can be. We're all looking forward to hearing the responses from people using this new product."
The EMS-81 - the smallest in the EMS range - will be followed later in 2003 by the three remaining full range enclosures and the two subwoofers.
Instigate Media, through close relationships with other local and national companies are now able to offer lighting, trussing, staging & special effects services as well as pro audio. Instigate Media's Mike Wheeler says "We felt it was a natural progression for us. Event organisers - particularly those who are not technically minded - don't want to have to go to three different suppliers to get their event sorted technically. We have good working relationships with several suppliers, and therefore can offer a complete service to the end user. Much less hassle, much less paperwork, and it broadens our scope as a company."
Due to popular demand, Instigate Media now has established arrangements to supply many leading brands of professional entertainment equipment. By obtaining equipment either direct from the manufacturer, or through trade outlets, we can now supply a vast range of audio, lighting & special effects equipment.
The exhaustive pre-production process is complete on the first EMS Series enclosures. The Design Team has been hard at work putting the finishing touches to the range, and continuing with the final development of the subwoofers. Beta tests have proved extremely positive, and so far Instigate Media staff are more than satisfied with the results. Design Team's Ed Kinsella says "So far the results and responses we have had have been extremely positive. Our beta-testers have been extremely pleased with the sound quality, and the sleek and understated physical appearance has pleased our clients. These enclosures are perfectly suited to every use from cafes and bars to high level conferences, and we think our clients will agree."

The E.M. Acoustics Design Team has been hard at work over the past 6 months developing the first enclosures for the EMS (Multi-use) Series. The range will initially contain three full range enclosures: the EMS-81 (8" LF, 1" HF). EMS-101 (10" LF, 1" HF) and EMS-121 (12" LF, 1" HF) and soon to be followed by two subwoofers - the EMS-115 (1 x 15") and EMS-215 (2 x 15"). Pre-production has begun on these three models, and they will be going into beta testing within the next month. Detailed specifications on these products will become available as soon as the series is ready for release.
